Privacy Policy

Effective: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Introduction

Shanghai Lancun Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lancun" or "we") understands the importance of your personal information and is committed to keeping it safe and secure. This Policy applies to the browsing, inquiry, and business-contact services that this website (the official website of Lancun Technology) provides to you.

We collect, use, store, and protect your personal information under this Policy and applicable laws and regulations. Please read this Policy before using our services. When you submit information through this website, we process that information as described here. Necessary technical monitoring for security, stability, and troubleshooting, together with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) analytics used to understand aggregate website visits, runs as described in this Policy when the website is visited.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a business inquiry through the "Contact" page of this website, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

  • Name / how we should address you (required)
  • Company name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (required)
  • Job title (optional)
  • Products or industries of interest (optional)
  • Description of your requirements (optional)

To keep the website secure and stable and to troubleshoot faults, we use Alibaba Cloud ARMS Web/H5 RUM as necessary operational monitoring. ARMS may process page paths without query strings or fragments, external source sites (origin only), visit time, browser and device categories, IP information generated by network requests, page-performance and Web Vitals metrics, API and static-resource failures, and JavaScript and console errors. ARMS user-action collection is disabled: it does not collect clicks, input, or contact-form content, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

ARMS operational monitoring and GA4 aggregate visit analytics are independent. ARMS data is processed in Alibaba Cloud systems under our configuration and the applicable service rules; actual retention follows our ARMS settings, Alibaba Cloud's service rules, and applicable requirements.

When you click a Taobao link on the LC.AI page, we record one anonymous outbound-click event containing only the website page path, link placement, destination category, and click time. We use it to understand aggregate use of website content and purchase links. We do not store an IP address, cookie identifier, URL query parameters, or profile data with this event, and a click does not prove that you reached Taobao, placed an order, or completed a purchase.

When configured, this website loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) by default to understand aggregate website use. GA4 may process our page paths without query parameters or fragments, page titles, visit times, external source sites (origin only), browser and device categories, and GA4-generated client and session identifiers. It may set analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier>. We do not send contact-form content to Google, and we disable Google Signals, advertising-personalization signals, and advertising storage. If you submit the contact form, we attach the GA4 client and session identifiers, landing page, referrer, and allowlisted UTM parameters to our own contact record to attribute the inquiry source internally.

Google and its affiliates act as our selected analytics service provider and process this analytics data under our configuration and the applicable service terms. That processing may use systems outside your jurisdiction. Actual retention depends on our GA4 property settings, Google's service rules, and your browser settings.

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie separately remembers your language, and the current browsing session's sessionStorage temporarily keeps the landing page, source site, and allowlisted UTM parameters, which are saved with a contact record only if you actively submit the contact form. You may block or clear this website's cookies and site data in your browser without affecting access to public pages. When we disable GA4 in the production configuration, the website does not load the Google tag or send new analytics data to Google.

3. How We Use Information

We collect and use relevant information only for the following purposes:

  • To contact you, respond to your inquiries, and communicate about potential cooperation;
  • To understand your needs and provide you with relevant product information and solutions;
  • To send you business information related to your needs, within the scope of your consent;
  • To use necessary ARMS technical monitoring to keep the website secure and stable, troubleshoot faults, and prevent abuse;
  • To use GA4 to measure aggregate visits, page use, and source sites so we can improve website content and usability.

We will not use your information for any purpose beyond those stated above. If we need to use your information for any other purpose not specified in this Policy, we will obtain your consent again.

4. Storage and Protection

The information you submit is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China. We adopt security measures that meet industry standards (including access control and transmission encryption) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or destruction.

The purpose of collecting information on this website is business contact and sales follow-up. As a general rule, we retain your personal information for no more than 24 months from your most recent contact with us; once that period elapses, or once the period necessary to achieve the processing purpose expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.

GA4 analytics data received by Google is processed in Google's service systems, and its retention and deletion follow our GA4 property settings, Google's service rules, and applicable requirements. If you submit a contact form, the GA4 client and session identifiers and source information saved with that contact are part of our contact record and follow the contact-information retention period above.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may provide your information to third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • To promptly notify and follow up on your needs, we use an enterprise collaboration tool (Feishu) to receive the content you submit. As an entrusted processor, the relevant provider processes the information only under our instructions and is bound by confidentiality obligations; the content you submit is also backed up on our own servers;
  • Google processes the GA4 data described in this Policy as our analytics service provider;
  • To keep the website secure and stable, Alibaba Cloud ARMS processes the necessary fault and performance-monitoring data described in this Policy;
  • Where we have obtained your separate consent;
  • Where disclosure is mandatorily required by laws, regulations, or judicial or administrative authorities.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • To access and copy your personal information;
  • To correct or supplement inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
  • To delete your personal information;
  • To withdraw consent you have previously given;
  • To lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal information.

You may contact us using the details at the end of this Policy, and we will verify and handle your request within the period prescribed by law.
